What happens if a game is damaged during the rental?
We ask that you take great care of the games during your rental. If any damage occurs, please notify us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, fees may apply. Your contract includes detailed terms regarding damages, so you’ll have all the information you need.

What is the cancellation policy?
Please note that any event cancelled for reasons other than inclement weather will result in the forfeiture of the renter’s deposit. For full details regarding out cancellation policy, please refer to your contract.
